My Background

Bridging communities through experience

A deep commitment to serving others has shaped my journey. As a minister and educator, I’ve learned that real change happens when people are given the space to share their experiences and learn from one another.

Through my own experiences with career transitions and personal growth, I’ve come to appreciate the courage it takes to step into new ways of being and leading.

This understanding has guided my work with global learning communities, where I’ve facilitated virtual events focused on spirituality, psychology, and mindfulness. These experiences have reinforced my belief that true growth happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Why this work matters

In our fast-paced and ever-changing world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from your purpose, your team, or even yourself. Many leaders, especially in mission-driven roles, find themselves overwhelmed by the demands of their work. They give so much to others yet struggle to maintain balance and authenticity in their own lives.

I’ve seen firsthand how disconnection affects individuals and organizations. Team members may feel isolated, leaders may struggle to form meaningful connections in virtual spaces, and many yearn for genuine engagement in an increasingly digital world.

I’ve personally navigated these challenges and know the frustration of working in environments where metrics overshadow authentic relationships. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and lose touch with your own purpose, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

But I’ve also seen how intentional, authentic connections can turn things around. Creativity flows, engagement deepens, and success follows when people feel truly seen.

The good news is that meaningful change doesn’t come from pushing harder or doing more. It happens when we slow down, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters.

Life Outside of Work

I live in Southern California, where you’ll often find me cycling along the Pacific Highway, working out at the gym, or taking a stroll on the beach, soaking in the sun and ocean breeze. Yoga helps me stay centered, and I’m always learning, whether it’s through audiobooks and podcasts or reflecting on the day. Classic rock and singer-songwriters are my go-to for music, and I’m always up for an outdoor concert. When I’m craving something sweet, a vegan dessert is my first choice. Originally from Philadelphia, I love getting together with family to cheer on the Eagles.
