Hello, I’m Vince
A coach and consultant with over two decades of experience working with leaders and professionals navigating significant transitions, identity shifts, and the questions that come with them.
My background spans ministry, higher education, and organizational leadership. I draw on integral coaching, somatic awareness, and the Enneagram to pay close attention to what's actually happening beneath the surface.
I've navigated my own version of this terrain. I spent over a decade deeply identified with a role that shaped who I was, how I showed up, how I understood myself, and what I thought I was for. When that ended, I found myself without a clear path forward and falling back on old patterns that weren't working anymore, and trying to figure out what I actually wanted.
That journey led me to work with a coach and, eventually, to this work.
You may be in something similar. Deeply committed to a path of work that genuinely matters to you and sensing that something is shifting. Sometimes that shift is about going deeper into your current role. Sometimes it's about asking whether this path is still yours. And sometimes it's about discovering who you are when the role that defined you no longer does.

And in my experience, the people who make space for these questions and are willing to stop managing and start listening, find not just clarity about what's next, but a deeper sense of who they are. That shift changes how they show up in their work, relationships, and the decisions that matter most. And it changes what becomes possible.
