Hi, I’m Vince
I support leaders in roles defined by complex relationships and high responsibility. With experience in ministry, education, and formation-focused coaching, I offer a calm, yet energizing presence that helps you trust your judgment, reconnect with what matters to you, and make decisions that resonate with you.
I work with mission driven organizations, spiritual leaders, and community executives who navigate responsibilities across teams, boards, congregations, and wider communities. My focus is on helping leaders approach their work more sustainably and with clearer boundaries, so responsibilities become more manageable and relationships easier to maintain.
Using practices from mindfulness, somatic awareness, and integral coaching, I help leaders identify hidden patterns and move into more authentic, effective ways of leading. I offer cohort programs, individual coaching, and organizational development services.
