Helping leaders sustain their work and themselves

Whether you love your work — or wonder if you still do — you can honor both your calling and your well-being

Heart-centered leaders show up fully, caring deeply about the people they serve and the work they lead — often work that is justice-centered and community-oriented. And yet, it can be hard to sustain.

Whether you’re stepping into new responsibilities or have been carrying the work for a long time, you may find yourself stretched thin, unsure how to keep going, or wondering if you’ve set too much of yourself aside.

It doesn’t have to stay this way. Coaching opens the possibility of carrying your work and yourself with more energy, balance, and ease.

Hi, I’m Vince

For more than two decades, I’ve walked alongside leaders, ministers, and educators — people who give themselves fully to the work of community, learning, and transformation.

I’ve witnessed how tending to one’s own well-being allows us to lead with more presence, energy, and trust in ourselves.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: how we serve others is inseparable from how we tend to ourselves.

This is the work I’m called to — helping leaders and communities tend to both people and purpose.

How we can work together

Coaching for Heart-Centered Leaders

Whether you are sustaining, struggling, or discerning your next steps, coaching offers a space to shift — bringing more balance, clarity, and presence to both your life and leadership.

Consulting for Community Strategy and Learning Design

I partner with organizations to design programs, strengthen learning communities, and help faculty and staff create spaces where students connect deeply and experience meaningful formation.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

If this resonates, schedule a conversation. (No commitment — just a chance to talk.)

This is a relaxed, pressure-free space where you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions about the coaching process, and explore what you hope for. Together, we’ll get a sense of how we might work together, and you’ll leave with more clarity about your next steps — whatever they may be.
